Thank you ! These words have medicine in them. Gandhi’s words of “be the change you want to see in the world” have not been the easy path (for me at least). As someone who is experimenting and taking a lot of time figuring out how to do this for myself - it is great to hear and see others who keep at it.

That one makes me want to potter about in the house with socks on, moving knick knacks to different shelves while I wait for a kettle to boil so I can brew a pot of tea. I think you've helped me do that more often, though, and I've discovered lengthy instrumental bossa nova and light jazz channels on YouTube that I put on in the background when I write. Baby steps for a calmer me!
