I’ve never meditated, I rarely sit and listen without doing something else these days, yet once a month I get to ignore everything else for a few minutes and fall into your music. Thank you!
Nice, sombre end to this set. Looking forward to Volume II. I thought it was interesting having the field recordings of the birds, which immediately made me think of morning, and the sounds of a crackling fire. Made me imagine waking up at the campsite just as the nights fire is dying out.
I really look forward to getting notified of a new one, cause it gives me new material to meditate and work to. Keep coming out with these! I absolutely love them. Everyone make sure to subscribe to the email if you aren't already so you can get notified with a link to play with every new one!
Last time, you dropped Mary Oliver--my favorite poet--and this time we get a hint of Le Guin (my favorite author) and Lord of the Rings (my favorite book). We're on a wavelength right now, you and I.
I loved this one! Thanks for sharing, and thanks for being a guest on Trail Talk! I had a great time discussing nature, silence, and mindfulness with you!
I put this on while walking the dog early this morning, when it was just getting light and before the furnace-like humidity kicked in. Great way to start my day!
You did it again, another beautiful composition!! Love the field recordings, they add such an interesting and subtle layer to the listening experience. I’m curious to learn how do you decide where to place these recordings in the song? Does randomness play a part on it?

Thanks for the link. I love these meditations, look forward to them all month long.
They're such a nice little window into the wild in my chaotic email inbox!
